With Artificial intelligence (AI) tools such as Grammarly, ChatGPT, Khanmigo, and more, leaders in education are more aware than ever of the presence of AI. AI has existed in educational technology for a while, from using auto-captions to help students follow along with videos to plagiarism detection tools that aid instructors in monitoring academic integrity. 

Generative AI is a game changer and it is not going away.

While the presence of AI can feel overwhelming, those in higher education must recognize the incredible impact AI is having on today's society, and understanding how to properly integrate these tools in the classroom through experiential learning is essential for critical thinking, engagement, and creating original content.

So let's learn how to work with AI, not fight against it.
